Common questions
How does the daily wear-time counter work?
Start a session when you put your lenses in; LensMinder counts up live
from there, including on your Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Set
your own daily goal in Settings.
How do I add a new pair of lenses or an accessory?
Tap the add button on the main screen, pick daily / biweekly / monthly /
quarterly for lenses, or solution / case / drops for accessories.
Adding is a Premium feature.
I bought Premium but the app still shows the paywall.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Make
sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LensMinder. Cancelling at
least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal.
Where is my lens and wear-session data stored?
Only on your device. Deleting the app deletes it. LensMinder does not
store prescriptions or any health records.
