LensMinder is a contact lens tracker: it times how long you have worn your lenses today and counts down to your next replacement. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
Nothing. LensMinder has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK and no advertising. We do not collect, transmit or sell personal information, and we do not share your data with anyone except as described below.
Your lens types and start dates, wear sessions, accessory tracking (solution, case, drops) and app preferences are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us. LensMinder does not store prescriptions, your name, your email address or any health records — it has no fields for them. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, this data may be included in your own Apple backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
Reminders (for example, a replacement-day or daily-wear reminder) are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's notification system. There is no push server and no notification content ever leaves your device.
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. To manage purchase entitlements we use RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and purchase events (such as which product was bought and when) issued by Apple. It does not receive your name, email address, or any lens, wear-session or accessory data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
LensMinder is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
