By using LensMinder you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

LensMinder tracks how long you have worn your contact lenses today and when your current pair is due for replacement, along with your solution, case and drops. It is a scheduling and timing tool, not a medical device, and it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. LensMinder does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for the guidance of an eye care professional.

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock

• LensMinder Premium is offered as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, circumvent its purchase checks, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss of lens, wear-session or accessory data, or from decisions you make about lens wear or replacement.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page.
