By using PoolScore you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

PoolScore is a manual scoreboard for pool, snooker and 9-ball. You enter the scores; the app keeps the running total and your match history. It is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock

• PoolScore Pro is offered as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, circumvent its purchase checks, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss of match data.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page.
