By using HiveRounds you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

HiveRounds is a personal beekeeping record-keeping tool: it records your hive inspections, treatments and harvests and computes summaries, reminders and statistics from them. Any figures or flags the app computes (such as inspection-due dates or a disease-suspicion flag) are informational estimates only; they are not veterinary, legal or regulatory advice, and do not substitute for professional advice or for any inspection or record-keeping your local rules require. The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock

HiveRounds Pro is offered as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, circumvent its purchase checks, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including any loss of recorded data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
