Ear Training Drills

Train the intervals you miss.

What it does

Ten-question rounds ask you to name intervals and chord qualities by ear. Every answer lands in a confusion grid — rows are what was played, columns are what you picked — so the pairs you keep mixing up light up. Practice is then built from those crowded cells instead of a fixed random list, and tapping a cell starts a drill on that one pair. Everything runs offline; the tones are synthesised on your device.

Common questions

Do I need to read music?
No. You pick from named answers, and you can switch between short labels (M3, P5) and full names (major third, perfect fifth) in Settings.
Do I need headphones?
They help, especially for the wider intervals, but any speaker works.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There are no accounts and no analytics; nothing leaves your phone.
How do I manage my subscription?
In your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
